Please use the steps below to schedule a virtual transfer appointment with a Transfer Counselor.

1.  Log in to MyNOVA
2.  Click on EAB NAVIGATE STUDENT – NOVA
3. Click on “Appointments” on left hand menu
4. Click “Schedule an Appointment”
5. Select “Advising” as type of Appointment
6. Select “Transfering Out of NOVA” as the Service type.
7. Select your preferred appointment date
8.  Click “Find Available Time“
9. Select your preferred Campus for an on-campus appointment or “Virtual Appointment” if you prefer a Zoom appointment.
10. Select the day/time that works best for you
11. Review the appointment information and then click          “Schedule”
