Mr. Peter Wong will lecture on “Intellectual  Properties’ in Room 158, Bisdorf Building at 2:00 p.m.  Mr. Wong was employed by the U.S. Patent Office for over thirty-five years.

October 23 , 2013 (Wednesday)

Chinese Heritage Celebration
Chinese Arts and Crafts, Martial Arts, Tai Chi Demonstrations, Sampling of Chinese Food, Door Prizes and much More
4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m, Bisdorf Cafeteria

October 25, 2013  (Friday)
Guided tour of the Embassy of People’s Republic of China,  Lunch in Chinatown, and a visit the “Arts of China” exhibitions at the Freer Gallery of Art
Bus leaves the Alexandria Campus at 8:30 A.M. and returns to the Campus at 4:30 P.M.  Students need to register with Dr. Dali Tan or Dr. Jean H. Braden.

November 16, 2013 (Saturday)
Field trip to New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art to view their outstanding collection of Chinese artifacts.  A chartered bus leaves the Alexandria Campus at 7:00 A.M. and leaves New York for the return trip to the Alexandria Campus 9:30 p.m.

Cost of the Tour:  $65.00
