HIS 295 will combine the disciplines of History, Sociology, Political Science, and Cultural Studies to explore how HIS 295 Civil Rights_Course Flyer-page-0movements to effect social change have been created and sustained in American History since the 1950s, beginning with the Civil Rights Movement.

If you are interested in learning about how social movements work this class may be for you! If you are interested in becoming an agent of social change in your community you can now earn credit while exploring how others have accomplished this goal!
