On April 29, the campus is hosting a community event and will close parking lot A-8 (Tyler Building), so that we can accommodate the event participants.
Please note that there will continue to be ample parking available in the Dawes Avenue Garage, the Beauregard Street Garage and the other parking lots.

First Sunday Model Rocket Launches at the NASA
Goddard Visitor Center
Dear NOVA Alexandria Campus
This is a wonderful Sunday afternoon activity to participate in or just watch.
The Visitor Center hosts public model rocket lunches on the first Sunday of each month from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. (certain holiday excluded), weather and security conditions permitting.
You can come out and watch model rockets fly or, better yet, bring your own to be flown! The demonstrations have
been part of the Visitor Center public programming since 1976.
