The Alexandria Testing Center will be closed on October 15, 2019 for ACE Conference.

We will reopen October 16, 2019, @ 8:30 a.m.

              Our hours the last Friday of the month are:   Aug 30th        Sept 27th        Oct 25th           Nov 29th

8:30- 3:30 p.m.   

Placement:  8:30-1:30 p.m.

Faculty Make Up/NOVA Online: 8:30-2:30 p.m.

All exams are stopped 15 minutes prior to closing.

Hello NOVA Students,

The Testing Center will have reduced hours again between the Summer 2019 and Fall 2019 Semesters. We will close at 5pm Monday – Thursday the week of August 12 – 15. Friday we will open late at 12:00pm due to Campus Convocation, and we will close at our normal 4pm. Saturday August 17 hours are unchanged.

As the semester comes to an end your schedule will become busier. Please make arrangements to come take your exams ASAP. Waiting until the final may present unwanted challenges.

The following Saturdays will be high volume and wait times may occur:

July 20th                         July 27th                   Aug 10th (Finals )

The VPT English Test will be upgraded. All previously started tests must be completed by June 22, 2019 at 3:00 p.m.

Placement Test Hours  — 22 June 19  8:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m.

Hello Students and Staff,

The Alexandria Testing Center closes early at 3pm on the last Friday of each month for its staff meeting. This includes today, May 31, June 28, July 26, and August 30 for the summer months.

For these early closures for staff meetings, our cutoff times are adjusted accordingly:

Placement exams must begin by 1pm

NOVA Online or Faculty referred exams must begin by 2pm

All exams are collected at 2:45pm.
