Purpose/Vision:
The purpose of the NOVA Women’s Network, in conjunction with the ACE Virginia Network, is to provide an inclusive network designed to empower and support women on their path to realizing and achieving full leadership potential through advocacy, networking, and professional development opportunities.

Mission Statement:
Building on its members’ collective interests, the NOVA Women’s Network cultivates transformational connections by focusing on finding solutions to gender equity issues in the educational community and providing support, guidance, and resources to the professionals it serves.
