Sips of Inspiration

Sips of Inspiration is a series of personal and professional engagement opportunities created by the NOVA Women’s Network Advisory Board to connect women to resources, activities, and a network of women for support. The Sips of Inspiration series will occur each month and be designed around a self-care topic. Each Sips event is sponsored by one of our very own NOVA women. Presentation Title: Women Supporting Women Through the NOVA Women’s Network
Purpose: The past year and a half has been a doozy and as we return to our college locations, this is NOT business as usual. In this Sips of Inspiration event, we will discuss the current times and the new and sustained changes around us, but most importantly we will discuss how, through this Network, we can support one another. There will be an opportunity to learn more about the NWN Board and how we are working together to support our community of women. We want to hear from you and your needs. We will specifically acknowledge the impacts of the pandemic and its disproportionate impact on women. You will then be given the opportunity to connect with others in small groups to discuss some hot topic items and developing strategies for supporting one another as we journey into another academic year.
Sips: Come as you are with your beverage of choice.
