Instructors can hide totals in students’ grade summaries. By default, totals are visible to students. For courses using weighted assignment groups, assignment group totals are also hidden from students.
Question: Many times, my students come to me asking the grade total showed 96% and now it is showing 81%. What happened to my grades? It is difficult to explain them how the total grade is calculated based on the weightage of the assignments. I want to hide the total grades from the students’ grade summary.
