Resilience, or the ability to keep going after experiencing setbacks, helps people succeed in all areas of life. It is also a characteristic that you can build and strengthen. In this workshop, we will identify skills that contribute to resilience and work with concrete tools and strategies that you can use to improve your responses to problems that you might encounter.
